8 Years Strong: NextRoll Recognized as a “Best Places to Work in the Bay Area”


During the past year, the state of the modern workplace has drastically changed. Bay Area businesses went from office spaces to home offices and from in-person meetings to video conferencing. But when our NextRoll team transitioned away from our San Francisco HQ and out of our other four offices, supporting our people and upholding connections between coworkers remained a top priority.

It’s this continued focus on culture, people, and flexibility that placed NextRoll on the San Francisco Business Times’ “Best Places to Work in the Bay Area” list for the eighth year in 2021! Our recognition is based on survey results from Rollers, who rated us on values like a collaborative culture, compensation and benefits, and management practices. 

To celebrate eight years as one of the “Best Places to Work in the Bay Area,” we spoke with eight different Rollers and asked: 

What do you love about working at NextRoll?

One of the things I love the most about working at NextRoll is the freedom I have to organize my schedule and my tasks to reach both the company and my personal goals.

I started my new role as a Customer Success Strategist in January 2021, and I was a bit worried because starting a new job remotely is not really easy to do! I have to say that the onboarding process was great, and my manager Skyler and the CS team supported me a lot! What do I love about working at NextRoll? I like the sense of belonging and the fact that each person’s ideas matter. We are all involved in different projects, and we constantly help each other grow in the same direction, and the fun part is also an important factor in the company!!
